3. Placing Orders – WhatsApp Process
3.1 The Website is a catalogue and inquiry platform. To place an order, you must contact us via WhatsApp using the number or link provided on the Website.
3.2 Your WhatsApp message containing a request to purchase products constitutes an offer to enter into a purchase contract.
3.3 We will then respond via WhatsApp to confirm availability, final price, shipping costs, and expected delivery time. A binding purchase contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation (which may be a WhatsApp message or email).
3.4 We reserve the right to reject any order for any reason (e.g., product unavailability, pricing error, suspected fraud).
3.5 Payment terms will be communicated individually via WhatsApp. You agree to pay the total amount (product price + shipping + any taxes or duties) using the payment method we specify.
4. User Conduct – Prohibited Uses
